Take the work out of workout as you move to world rhythms in an interval-style, dance fitness class. This class is meant for everybody and every body: all fitness levels and no dance experience required. Get ready for an intense dance workout that will maximize calorie burn and leave you feeling oh so awesome! Wear comfortable, breathable clothing and shoes without too much tread.

Free and open to the public - bring your friends!

This class will be held on Wednesdays from 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.
