The steps for obtaining Human Subjects approval are outlined in Guidelines. Information regarding Periodic (Continuing) Review can also be obtained here.

The Project Review Form and Project Approval Forms can be obtained from the UA Human Subjects Protection Program (www.irb.arizona.edu) along with other pertinent information.

Human Subjects Training is required for all personnel involved in the research. Training through the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program) can be accessed at www.citiprogram.org. More information about this program is available on the Human Subjects Protection Program website (www.irb.arizona.edu).
