UA-ASU-NAU Projects

This is for studies in which the PI of the overall project represents either ASU or NAU but the Co-Investigator represents the University of Arizona.

1. Complete the Application for UA-ASU-NAU Projects.  This can be found at http://www.irb.arizona.edu/. 
   
   
2. Submit the completed form via e-mail to Alice Pasvogel (Office of Nursing Research) at pasvogel@nursing.arizona.edu.
   1. Include a copy of the IRB approval letter
   2. Include evidence of approvals from the appropriate committees: Medical Radiation Committee, Institutional Biosafety Committee, Scientific Review Committee (Cancer Center), Conflict of Interest or Others, if applicable.
   
   

The Principal Investigator will be notified if additional information is needed.




3. The Office of Nursing Research will send the documents to the University of Arizona Human Subjects Protection Program.
   
   
4. The Human Subject Protection Program will notify the PI of approval for the project or the need for additional information.
