Lisa has lived in Central America and enjoys working with women from all cultures and women who speak Spanish. She greatly appreciates the opportunity to work with women across the lifespan, and offers care to women from menarche (onset of periods) through menopause and beyond. Lisa is a native Arizonan who loves the desert. She greatly values being outdoors and runs, bikes and hikes. Lisa's understanding of wellness is one of balance and connection, and she sees her role as a health care provider as one of partnering with patients to build their own capacity for well-being.
