The Business Office supports the whole college’s business processing, financial planning and budgeting, accounting and reporting, and human resources functions.

Services offered by the Business Office include but are not limited to:

Business Processing and Financial Reporting

  • PCard purchase
  • Travel Expense Reporting
  • Requisitions
  • Cash Handling
  • Accounting and budgeting
  • Sponsored projects post-award budgeting tracking/reporting
  • Contract billing and reporting
  • Business data reports
  • Other business support

Human Resources and Payroll

  • Time reporting
  • Supplemental compensation, OPS, etc.
  • Job posting
  • New Hire/Job change/Termination
  • Employee contracts
  • College workforce reporting
  • Coordination between UA central HR and the College for any HR related projects
  • Leave balance track, FMLA request and other leave coordination
  • Other HR supports as needed
