What is a Benchmark Testing System?

A benchmark testing system is a series of standardized exams given at key points during your nursing program to measure your progress and readiness for the NCLEX. These exams help identify strengths and areas for improvement, so you can stay on track for success.

The improvement plan helps you focus your studying based on your Clinical Judgment Exam results. It identifies specific content areas and clinical judgment that need more practice, so you can strengthen your performance and increase your readiness for the NCLEX. The student remediation contract is designed to encourage self-reflection and help you identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

The improvement plan report breaks down your results by client needs categories, concepts, exemplars, highlighting areas to strengthen. The AI-guided remediation provides an individualized, customized, and multimodal approach to help you fill in gaps in knowledge following the framework: 1. review content, 2. apply knowledge, and 3. (re)assess your understanding.

Lippincott® offers an assessment driven review program, along with AI directed improvement plan designed to enhance student NCLEX-RN® success.

The comprehensive program offers the following:

  • NurseThink® Clinical Judgment Case Study Tables
  • NurseThink® Clinical Judgment Map for RN
