Cache & Cookie Clearing

Keyboard Shortcuts

If you are using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Edge, or Internet Explorer you can press Ctrl-Shift-Delete simultaneously while you are in your browser. If you are on MacOS and using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, press command-shift-delete while you are in your browser.

  1. Click Tools Menu (three dots vertical on the upper-right corner)
  2. Hover over History
  3. Click History
  4. Click Clear browsing data
  5. Set Time range to All time. Check-mark Cookie and other site data and Cached images and files and click Clear Data.
  6. Close (Quit on Mac) Google Chrome and restart.

  1. Click Tools Menu (three horizontal lines on the upper-right corner)
  2. Click Library
  3. Click History
  4. Click Clear Recent History...
  5. Set Time range to clear: to Everything. Check-mark Cookies and Cache and click Clear Now.
  6. Close (Quit on Mac) Mozilla Firefox and restart.

  1. Click Safari on the upper left corner
  2. Click Preferences...
  3. Click Privacy
  4. Click Manage Website Data...
  5. Click Remove All and click Remove Now.
  6. Quit Safari (don't just click the X) and restart.

  1. Click Tools Menu (three horizontal dots on the upper-right corner)
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Choose what to clear
  4. Check-mark only Cookies and Cache and click Clear.
  5. Close Microsoft Edge and restart.

  1. Click Tools Menu (gear icon on the upper-right corner)
  2. Click Internet options
  3. Click Delete
  4. Check-mark only Temporary Internet files and website files and Cookies and website data and click Delete.
  5. Close Internet Explorer and restart.

  1. Tap Settings
  2. Tap Safari
  3. Tap Clear History and Website Data
  4. Tap Clear History and Data. Caution: This will clear your browsing history.

  1. Tap the Tools Menu (three dots vertical on the upper-right corner)
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Privacy
  4. Tap Clear Browsing Data
  5. Check-mark only Cookies, Site Data and Cached Images and Files and tap Clear Browsing Data.
