Keyboard Shortcuts
If you are using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Edge, or Internet Explorer you can press Ctrl-Shift-Delete simultaneously while you are in your browser. If you are on MacOS and using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, press command-shift-delete while you are in your browser.
- Click Tools Menu (three dots vertical on the upper-right corner)
- Hover over History
- Click History
- Click Clear browsing data
- Set Time range to All time. Check-mark Cookie and other site data and Cached images and files and click Clear Data.
- Close (Quit on Mac) Google Chrome and restart.
- Click Tools Menu (three horizontal lines on the upper-right corner)
- Click Library
- Click History
- Click Clear Recent History...
- Set Time range to clear: to Everything. Check-mark Cookies and Cache and click Clear Now.
- Close (Quit on Mac) Mozilla Firefox and restart.
- Click Safari on the upper left corner
- Click Preferences...
- Click Privacy
- Click Manage Website Data...
- Click Remove All and click Remove Now.
- Quit Safari (don't just click the X) and restart.
- Click Tools Menu (three horizontal dots on the upper-right corner)
- Click Settings
- Click Choose what to clear
- Check-mark only Cookies and Cache and click Clear.
- Close Microsoft Edge and restart.
- Click Tools Menu (gear icon on the upper-right corner)
- Click Internet options
- Click Delete
- Check-mark only Temporary Internet files and website files and Cookies and website data and click Delete.
- Close Internet Explorer and restart.
- Tap Settings
- Tap Safari
- Tap Clear History and Website Data
- Tap Clear History and Data. Caution: This will clear your browsing history.
- Tap the Tools Menu (three dots vertical on the upper-right corner)
- Tap Settings
- Tap Privacy
- Tap Clear Browsing Data
- Check-mark only Cookies, Site Data and Cached Images and Files and tap Clear Browsing Data.
