INTRODUCTION
To ensure that the College of Nursing’s public website accurately reflects the college’s currently funded research, the following process will be followed.

PROCESS
- The Associate Dean for Research will provide the Director of Marketing & Communications with a funded research list each quarter, in January, April, July, and October. The list will be delivered on the first Monday of each quarter. If the list cannot be delivered on time, the Associate Dean for Research will notify the Director of Marketing & Communications and propose a new delivery date. The current webpage content will remain live until updates are received.
- If there are no changes from the previous quarter, the Associate Dean for Research will email the Director of Marketing & Communications to confirm that no updates are required.
- The Business Office’s Assistant Director of Administrative Operations will confirm which grants are funded to the Associate Dean for Research. Only grants for which the College of Nursing has received funding will be included. Pending grants will be excluded. Grants with no-cost extensions will remain on the list. The Associate Dean for Research will review this information and remove any grants that are not currently funded before preparing the update list.
- When updates are required, the Associate Dean for Research will provide the Director of Marketing & Communications with a formatted update list with two clearly labeled sections: Additions and Removals. The list will include only grants that need to be added to or removed from the webpage, and will exclude grants that require no changes to the current webpage content. Each grant must include all information outlined in point five.
- Each grant listing must include the grant number (if applicable), title, researcher name, researcher role, funding agency, and the grant start and end dates.
- The Associate Dean for Research is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the formatted update list, which the Director of Marketing & Communications will rely on as the authoritative source for grant additions and removals.
- The Office of Marketing & Communications will update the College of Nursing Funded Research webpage within five business days of receiving the list of grant additions/removals.
- After each quarterly update, the Director of Marketing & Communications will retain a dated record of the webpage as published.
- If a factual or formatting error is identified on the funded research webpage, the Office of Marketing & Communications will correct it within one business day.
