Pamela Reed, PhD, RN, FAAN
The University of Arizona College of Nursing proudly celebrates Pamela Reed, PhD, RN, FAAN, on her appointment as Professor Emerita, honoring more than four decades of extraordinary service and impact. Since joining the faculty on January 17, 1983, Dr. Reed has helped shape the future of nursing through influential scholarship, dedicated leadership and steadfast mentorship of PhD students.
As she retires on January 18, 2026, the college recognizes not only her 43 years of commitment, but also the generations of nurses, scholars and leaders whose careers were strengthened by her guidance. Her legacy will continue to inspire the Wildcat nursing community for years to come.
