Throughout my nursing career, I have had the privilege of serving in roles spanning clinical practice, healthcare leadership, education, and organizational change. Having spent more than 50 years in nursing, I have seen firsthand the extraordinary difference nurses make in the lives of patients, families, and communities. These experiences have reinforced my belief that nursing is one of the most impactful professions in healthcare and have inspired my commitment to developing the next generation of nurse leaders.
In this role, I am committed to supporting the outstanding work underway across our college. Our faculty are advancing research to address today's most pressing healthcare challenges. Our students are preparing to become compassionate, skilled professionals and leaders in their fields. Our staff provides the expertise and support that make our success possible. Together, we are shaping the future of nursing and improving health outcomes for the communities we serve.
