Information Sessions

Information sessions will cover information about our pre-licensure programs including our Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's Entry to the Profession of Nursing (MEPN) programs. This session is intended for students who are exploring nursing options and have not completed or are in-progress of completing their prerequisite courses for our BSN or MS-MEPN program. BSN Pathways Information Sessions

Join us to learn about our Bachelor of Science in Nursing - Direct Admit (BSN-DA) pathways, including our BSN-IH Gilbert Pathway. We will focus the session on what it means to select Nursing BSN-DA at the University of Arizona. This information session is for first-year students and transfer students who are interested in the College of Nursing at the University of Arizona. 

MS-MEPN Information Sessions

Join us to learn about our Master of Science - Entry to the Profession of Nursing (MS-MEPN), including both our Tucson and Gilbert Campus. We will focus the session on admissions requirements for the MS-MEPN program at the University of Arizona. This information session is students with a Bachelors Degree in a non-nursing major, who are interested in the College of Nursing at the University of Arizona. 

Advising Sessions

Admissions Advisors are available to meet with current and prospective students to assist with the competitive application process for the BSN and MS-MEPN programs. Admissions Advisors are able to discuss application criteria, requirements, and deadlines.

To best prepare for your appointment, please have all of your unofficial transcripts downloaded and review the University of Arizona’s Transfer Credit Guide to preview applicability of coursework to the Nursing Programs.

Drop-In Admissions Advising is for quick questions. Drop-in advising virtually via Zoom is available to all students of all majors and prospective students. 

  • You can see our Drop-In Advising availability and Zoom link on our Trellis Calendar.
     
  • During Drop-In Advising availability, you may visit our Zoom Advising Room to meet with an advisor. You will be put into a waiting room in the order you queued up until the advisor pulls you in for your private drop-in advising session. Please make sure your Zoom audio and video are configured correctly.

Tours

Are you going to be in the Tucson or Gilbert area soon? Sign up for a tour of our facilities! These tours give you a sneak preview of where you will be learning and training to be a nurse. With cutting edge technology and enthusiastic faculty and staff, you can ask additional questions about the program and see the equipment and simulation rooms where you will be getting your hands on experience.
